Best sushi place ever, always fresh and so tasty!!

My family and I love this place. Sushi rolls are a pretty good portion. Price is okay not too expensive. The only reason I give it 4 stars not 5 is because both of my last visit my orders have not been inputted correctly. Either they did not put it in or the pit the wrong roll in, other than that it good. I will definitely visit them again

The food and service were beyond my expectations. I absolutely enjoyed the vibes of this spot. Extraordinary place to take the family out for dinner.

What kind of restaurant does not have Splenda, stevia, equal or any kind of sugar substitute for people with medical issues such as myself. That being said I asked for unsweetened ice tea with Splenda on the side and heard no correction back. Then I got my tea and a container full of sugar packets with the message they don’t have sugar substitutes. If I would have been told that I would have had water. But no I wasn’t so my wife walk over to a Starbucks and brought me some herself. Did I mention I am handicapped. Look I don’t think it’s Thant much trouble to have something for medical issues. Come on a little common sense would go a long way here. Suffice to say I’m sorry does not cut it and I will probably not be returning. However that may not matter to you. Either way I no longer care.

Great food. Good service. I liked it over all. Was abit concerned about my bill cause when I got home I read revied where people had mentioned a server adding tips without your concent, so I just kept an eye on mine. I was fine. But over all good rates, clean and nice place.

Sushi fast food! Even though it's sit-down table service, the quality is like fast food. But very tasty. We usually only get rolls and they do a nice job making up yummy combinations. Not great at rolling sushi (rolls will fall apart easily) but I'm not here for the high quality technical chef's execution. Food tastes good, easy to get to, lines are not TOO bad and prices are reasonable for a ravenous family of 5.

My advice to other customers to avoid party platter all rolls taste the same and really bad you just throwing your money to a trashcan

Great food with great service, at moderate prices. Been here a few times, the staff are always nice and friendly. The sushi rolls are delicious.

No brown rice and they charge for refills at same price.

Bento box it's great, really good size for the price. Lots of sushi rolls as well, I like to have the lion king. Usually service is really quick, but lunch time gets really busy so take your time. Desert is good too cant go wrong with the fried ice cream.

Best sushi rolls in the world! We drive from Half Moon Bay to eat here because the sushi rolls are so delicious. My favorite is the Raider roll.

My favorite place to get sushi. Especially i like Lion King roll they are serving here- the best one I tried in Bay area.

I ate here for years, but I was saddened when I found 3 hairs in my to go sushi. I definitely will NOT be returning. I returned the sushi and got a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and was given an email address. I emailed, and I never heard back. They do not care about their customers. I understand that the cooks are men, but they should still have to wear a hair net. It was as if one of the cooks had just gotten a hair cut. It was ridiculous. I was at home throwing up due to the hair I pulled out of my mouth. Nothing grosses me out more than hair.

Food is ok. Nice variety. But we were a party of 6. My son is a picky eater...so I picked up some Panda Express and proceeded to order and enjoy. They came over to the table to tell me outside food wasn't allowed. It's a kid, it's one little meal. They need to be flexible. We ordered plenty of food too. People going to miss out on family time etc, because of dietary restrictions, illness, disabilities, etc that require other foods. Idk.. that was disappointing

Good customer service

Decent food and service! I recommend any type of food here except ramen! We ordered chicken teriyaki charbroiled, Salmon avocado sushi roll and ramen. The chicken teriyaki and sushi roll were both amazing! The ramen broth was very like a miso soup, though you expect a rich broth for a ramen and lots of taste! I don’t recommend Ramen in this place at all, it was so tasteless that I asked for hot sauce!

This is a must try place, if you love sushi. They offer verity of sushi rolls and they have happy hour; half off on the happy hour. Oh and I love their house salad. And even asked for our Xmas party everyone loved it. Can’t get enough of this salad and Crunch Cracker. ❤️

Love love love it! We come here a few times a month, the kids are so well behaved. We enjoy their 49er rolls, tea, salad, bento boxes, and miso soup!

Bento box lunch special is my favorite with my friends.

I used to come in at least once a week but recently my experience hasn't been that great. The deep fried rolls have been really deep fried the last two times that I have gone in. It's so bad that we cant even finish our rolls. The roof of my mouth hurts from the sushi roll being so hard . Dont think I will come back may have to find a new sushi place to try

I don't go to this location too often but it will be my last, I went to Lunch with my wife and daughter. Service great as usual, the server brought out our food and when my wife bit into the veggie tempura she discovered a long silver hair strike #1. My daughter was eating her food and found yet another silver hair in the breading on her katsu chicken strike #2. Management apologized after i brought it to their attention seen an older lady cooking with no hair net, I lost my appetite and didn't feel like eating any longer. Management didn't want to discount the bill at first strike #3

RAW CHICKEN-BEWAREraw chicken served to me Wed July 3, 2019 as part of my bento lunch box. When I told my waitress, the Manager came over to argue with me chicken was not raw. Please look at posted photos to note pink, glassy raw flesh in chicken. Reported to the SM County health dept for inspection

Tasty, good options and good price, but their rice isn't cooked long or packed firmly enough. The rolls disintegrate, especially when you dip them in wasabi+soy sauce. I also also once got a cut of sashimi that was a bit stringy. Don't get me wrong, this is otherwise a decent place to get sushi.

I work near this place and was meeting a friend for lunch. The food was good, but after checking the receipt against my credit card, an additional tip was taken without my consent. No matter how good the food may be, I can’t eat here again based on this dishonesty.

The sushi and rolls here is excellent. The ramen and noodles..eh..but the green tea ice cream is delish and at a good price. They serve pretty big and awesome portions. If you want good sushi and awesome green tea with whipped cream and hot fudge, this is the place to go.

The food is ok, but I did get food poisoning from a sushi roll. Parking can be tough in the late afternoon. The wait time can be very long and the staff is not efficient with seating guests. Despite having multiple tables prepared for guests, the servers leave them empty until larger tables free up and get cleaned to accommodate larger parties first. I thought that was very strange.

Fried rolls were way over fried and were very hard. Other sushi was ok and soup was soso

Good sushi at a good price. Especially if you hit it at the lunch time special. Only complaint is the Ambiance is nothing to write home about. Will definitely go back.

Their customer service is great. They have happy hour for lunch which is worth it. Didn't like the rice they use for the sushi rolls though...but the taste made up for it. They used regular flour for agedashi tofu, I like the tempura flour better. The tofu they used the the firm one...I like the soft better. Overall, the taste really made up for it so it's all good.
